of runners while they are on the course. This is especially important in cross country
meets, where runners may become disqualified due to missed flags and other events.
The bib system also keeps prices lower for everyone, and allows for a secondary timing
system in the event of technological difficulties. To ensure that technology will not ruin
your race results, Hot Weyered Timing still implements manual handheld stopwatch printer
system in conjunction with pull-tabs from the bib. This system can also be used to verify
results that come into question. Overall, the bib and barcode system is accurate and efficient,
providing results shortly after a race finishes. Results are then posted on our website for
access 24/7.
